The Raymond James Central Ticket Office at Ruth Eckerd Hall is open Tuesday - Thursday & Saturday from 12pm - 6pm, Friday 10am - 6pm. The Ticket office is closed Sunday and Monday, unless there is a performance. The Ticket Office opens 2 hours before showtime.

The Bilheimer Capitol Theatre and The BayCare Sound Ticket Office are only open the day of an event. The ticket office will open two hours before showtime. The ticket office at The BayCare Sound is located at South Gate 1. To purchase tickets in advance visit the Raymond James Central Ticket Office at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
