The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre
The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre located in downtown Clearwater’s Cleveland Street District, was constructed in 1921 and is one of Florida’s oldest operating theaters. In 2019, our theater underwent a massive expansion to include expanded seating and lobby spaces, six private loge boxes, an outdoor balcony overlooking the Clearwater Causeway, a VIP lounge and a rooftop terrace.
