Ruth Eckerd Hall, Inc. Contest Rules

 

Ruth Eckerd Hall, Inc. (“REH”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose principal place of business is 1111 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759.  This contest (this “Contest”) will be conducted in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 849.0935 of the Florida Statutes. Artists, days, dates and times are subject to change. 

 

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Contest begins at 10:00:00 AM EST on 11/05/2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on 11/22/2024.  The submission of multiple forms does not increase your chances of winning.  Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Other restrictions may apply. 

 

By entering this Contest you fully and unconditionally agree to accept these Official Terms, Conditions & Rules ("Terms") of the Contest. You also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. No purchase, payment, or contribution is necessary to enter or win, nor will any purchase, payment, or contribution improve the odds of winning. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and where applicable state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.

 

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of [the United States/Florida/the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia]. Must be at least 18-years of age. REH employees, their immediate family members and individuals involved in any aspect of the Contest are not eligible. One winner per household. Entries must be received no later than 11/22/2024 at 11:59 PM EST. Only single entries are eligible. Any duplicate entries will be removed. Additionally, no person may win more than one contest in any six (6) month period. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

 

ODDS OF WINNING: Only one Grand Prize winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.

NO OTHER FORMS OR METHODS OF ENTRY ARE PERMITTED.

 

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected randomly using https://random.org from eligible entries on the final day of the contest. If the person selected has won an REH-affiliated contest within the prior six (6) month period, a new randomizer will be run and winner selected. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified as provided in the entry method. For instance, if the winner submitted a web form, we will contact that person at the email address provided; if the winner submitted the entry via text message, we will contact the winner via text message and follow up with a confirmatory email after receipt of contact information from the winner; if the winner submitted their entry via social media, we will direct message the winner and follow up with confirmatory email after receipt of contact information from the winner; and if the winner registered in person, we will notify the winner via telephone call and confirm via email. Grand Prize Winner must claim the Grand Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of our initial notification, otherwise the Grand Prize is forfeited. In the event we do not receive confirmation from the Grand Prize Winner within a reasonable time period, an alternate winner will be selected and notified in the same manner as above, provided that confirmation time may be shorter.

 

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to see the show(s) listed above.  If the prize involves tickets to a concert, or a show (“Event”), no refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Event. REH will not be liable if the Event, or any portion of it, is cancelled or delayed. REH may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future event. Prize winner is prohibited from selling or re-selling any ticket prize. Any such sale is deemed a breach of this contract and may subject winner to legal action and disqualification from participating in future promotions. Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The terms and conditions of the Event tickets may govern if the Event is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. REH is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets, vouchers, or certificates. Exact details, including seat locations, shall be determined at the sole discretion of REH. REH reserves the right to cancel the event or reschedule with no requirement to reimburse winner. REH reserves the right to substitute alternate prize of equivalent verifiable retail value at its sole discretion. No additional money, fees, or consideration is required to redeem prize. Any gifts received in addition to the tickets are not a prize you have won and are subject to change at REH’s discretion.

 

WARNING: Any attempt by an person to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with, or vandalize any sponsor or REH-owned website, mobile application or other property or related social media site, the entry process, or otherwise interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and REH reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

OTHER: By entering you agree that disputes related to this Contest will be governed by Florida law, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Florida's courts. Except where prohibited by law, Grand Prize Winner's acceptance of prize constitutes agreement for REH to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state, for advertising purposes, in all forms of media now and hereafter known, throughout the universe, without compensation. This Contest may be promoted in other states or areas under different promotional names. REH’s decisions and interpretations with respect to the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. REH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time.

 

RELEASE. YOU HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS REH, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FORM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.
