Verified Fan FAQ
How do I become a Verified Fan?
When an artist announces a tour, look to see if they will have a Verified Fan sale. If they do, there will be a link to a registration page. Sign in or create an account and register your email and select your preferred show(s).
When demand is high – meaning the number of registrants exceeds ticket availability for an event – a lottery-style process will determine which Verified Fan registrants will receive a unique access code for the chance to buy tickets.
We make sure all selected fans have verified and authentic accounts so that real fans – not bots – get access to tickets.
How do I know if I’ve been selected to participate in the Verified Fan sale?
In order to gain access to a Verified Fan sale, you must be registered and receive a unique code to access the sale.
Here’s how to know if you’ve been given access to a Verified Fan sale:
- The night before the ticket sale, you’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ll receive an access code or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist.
- If you’ve got access, you’ll receive a text message to the number you provided during registration. Your text will include a unique access code and a link to the ticket sale.
- If you aren’t given access to participate, you’ll be placed on the waitlist. If tickets remain, you may receive a text message from us with a unique access code to join the sale.
