The Tampa Bay Times Names Ruth Eckerd Hall A Winner Of The Tampa Bay Area Top Workplaces 2025 Award
Susan M. Crockett, Ruth Eckerd Hall President & CEO, announced today that Ruth Eckerd Hall has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by The Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces. In the most competitive category of mid-size businesses (150-499 employees), Ruth Eckerd Hall is ranked #33. This is the third year in a row, and the fourth time in five years that Ruth Eckerd Hall has been named a Top Workplace. In addition to managing and operating the performing arts center, Ruth Eckerd Hall also manages and operates The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre and The BayCare Sound at Coachman Park. And as in previous years, Ruth Eckerd Hall is the only entertainment venue to make the list.
This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to execute, to name a few.
“The recognition from our employees is priceless”, said Crockett. “We could not enjoy the success we have in serving our community without our dedicated and talented team. The validation that our culture and work environment is highly valued is incredibly meaningful to our leadership.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this and it pays dividends.”
